Title: Senior Manager, M&A & Corporate DevelopmentSalary: $140,000 – $180,000 + BonusWhy This Opportunity Stands Out Highly visible role working directly with executive leadership and private equity sponsors Hybrid schedule based in Lowell Opportunity to play a key role in acquisition strategy, execution, and integration Fast-growing, acquisitive organization with strong backing Ability to build processes and make a meaningful impact on growth initiatives Strong compensation package with bonus and full benefitsSenior Manager, M&A & Corporate Development Key Responsibilities Lead and manage due diligence across financial, accounting, tax, and quality of earnings Coordinate deal timelines, workstreams, and third-party advisors to ensure successful closings Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment memos Own post-acquisition integration planning and execution across finance, HR, IT, and operations Develop and implement integration playbooks and track synergy realization Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial analysis, and growth initiatives Assist with lender reporting, board materials, and sponsor communications Evaluate new markets, adjacencies, and expansion opportunitiesSenior Manager, M&A & Corporate Development Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, Big 4 transaction advisory, or private equity Strong experience with financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders Willingness to travel as neededPreferred Experience within a PE-backed company or corporate development function Exposure to services, construction, or energy-related industries CPA, CFA, or similar credential#INMAR2026
