Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a positive customer experience. Package customer orders accurately and efficiently for pick-up or delivery. Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders and provide exceptional service. Stock shelves and ensure product availability for customers. Load and unload products as necessary to support inventory management. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store operations. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
