Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Senior Analyst, is a professional who supports various customers and tasks on various commercial and military engine programs for inter-entity customers within the Pratt & Whitney Military Engines business portfolio of the Engine Control System (ECS) business segment. The Senior Associate is responsible for forecasting the demand for particular products in terms of product mix to drive supply chain activities and to manage customer demand, analyze trends, manage forecast tools, and maintain accurate data. The Senior Analyst will respond to customer inquiries, support customer demand entry and management as well as hardware deliveries. The Senior Analyst will coordinate with various internal functional groups and make improvements to existing processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.What You Will Do:Performs analysis and prepare reports to ensure that demand is flowing accuratelyEnsure customer contractual requirements regarding demand and order execution are appropriately executedParticipate as the demand owner/representative in an organization’s sales and operations planning process, to enable demand-supply balancing analysisEnsures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrencesConsult with functional teams such as master scheduling, program office, operations, finance, business development and product development (if applicable) to obtain relevant data and insights on demandDrive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentationDrive Demand Analytics through leading indicators of forecast accuracy and bias to yield improved On Time Delivery and Inventory. Provide clear and concise recommendations to upper level management on information regarding future trends and demands. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholdersPerform and/or direct day to day administrative tasks. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
