Job description: We are seeking an experienced, patientcompassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team on a part-time basis. This position features a competitive pay that will commensurate with experience. In addition, eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour.This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who love working with children and are looking for a supportive, consistent schedule with no weekends or holidays.Key Responsibilities of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:Supervise and care for infants/toddlers Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting Plan and lead daily lessons and play Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations Qualifications of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:Bachelor's in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting Strong communication and people skills Patient, organized, and multitasking ability Friendly, reliable, and child-focused Why Join our team as an Infant / Toddler CaregiverStable part-time schedule with no weekend or holiday requirementsSupportive team environment with experienced leadership Opportunity to make a lasting impact on young livesIf you have the experience and heart to provide quality care for children, we would love to meet you.
