Your focus will be on ensuring client retention, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. If you're adept at building strategic relationships, leveraging data to inform client strategies, and proactively addressing challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we encourage you to apply.What you will do:Manage a book of 25-30 commercial clients with contract values ranging from $70K–$150KOwn client relationships post-onboarding, focusing on retention, adoption, and growthConduct QBRs and strategic touchpoints that align Awardco's value to client's business goalsPartner with Sales and Renewals team on renewal and upsell opportunitiesIdentify risks early and proactively build mitigation strategiesLeverage platform data to inform client strategy and measure successEducate clients on best practices, platform features, and program improvementsWork cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve client challengesTrack client activity and health using Salesforce and ChurnZeroDeliver an exceptional customer experience rooted in responsiveness and valueWhat you will bring:2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in a SaaS environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success managing 20–30 B2B accounts with ACVs of $70K–$150K Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presenceProficiency in Salesforce, ChurnZero (or a similar CS platform), and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and own outcomesExperience Leading client strategy sessions like QBRs and check-ins Experience driving renewals and expansions alongside a sales partner Experience working cross-functionally to resolve client issues and escalate feedbackExperience analyzing data and presenting actionable insights Proactive, strategic thinker with a bias for action Naturally curious and always looking to improve Strong sense of accountability and ownership Confident, coachable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
