Account Executive – SpecialtyLocation: Los AngelesTerritory: Santa Monica, Malibu, Santa Barbara, Pasadena, Glendale, and Santa ClaritaTravel: The role involves frequent in-store visits. Some overnight travel is expected depending on where the candidate lives within the territory, typically approximately 3–5 nights per month.Compensation: $85k – $100k + 2% bonus/commission (paid out monthly)For someone who loves specialty retail, this is a unique opportunity to build lasting partnerships with some of Southern California’s most beautiful and successful boutiques.We are seeking a relationship-driven Territory Account Executive to partner with specialty retailers across Southern California. This territory spans Santa Monica to Santa Barbara and Pasadena to Santa Clarita, with the ideal candidate based in the North Los Angeles area.The RoleAccount Executives are more than sales representatives - they are trusted advisors to the specialty retailers they support. Through regular store visits, product expertise, merchandising guidance, and strong relationship-building, they help retailers drive business and bring the brand to life for customers.The most successful individuals in this role enjoy working side by side with retailers - understanding their business, training their teams, and supporting strong sell-through - rather than simply taking orders.Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty boutique owners and their sales teams • Visit stores on a consistent 30-60-90 cadence to review performance and support growth • Provide product knowledge and sales training to store staff • Partner with retailers on assortment planning to drive sell-through • Support in-store events to engage customers and drive excitement • Provide visual merchandising guidance to ensure strong product presentation • Identify and open new high-quality specialty retail accounts within the territory • Serve as a local brand ambassador within the marketTerritory & TravelThis territory includes Santa Monica, Malibu, Santa Barbara, Pasadena, Glendale, and Santa Clarita, with regular travel required to maintain strong in-store presence and relationships.Frequent store visits are a key part of the role, ensuring close connection to retailers, their teams, and customers.
