Have full knowledge of the Credit Union’s products andservices. Associate needs to have customer service and sales skills with preferred personal financeknowledge, ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively.Key AccountabilitiesOperational/Technical SkillsProducts/Services/Systems: Have a working knowledge of all HFCU deposit and consumer loan products, and services to refer/direct members to the appropriate person/department. Working knowledge of operational systems to effectively perform members’ requests including deposits, withdrawals, corporate/cashier checks, disputes, ATM/Visa card issuance, processing mail, return fees, duties as assigned, etcPolicies/Procedures/Compliance: Effective and confident working knowledge of all HFCU policies and procedures based on industry regulations, and a basic understanding of how those apply to day-to-day operations. Emerging areas: This also includes educating members on new technologies provided by HFCU Sales and ServiceEffectively and confidentially interacts with members in a professional and courteous manner while evaluating their needs. This evaluation would lead to consistent opportunities to educate and/or refer products and services to meet those needs. Strong working knowledge of customer service to effectively and confidently meet customer service expectations and metrics.
