This individual will handle daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while also delivering an exceptional member experience.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and eager to grow within the credit union. This role offers the opportunity to advance into a Member Services Representative position, where responsibilities include opening new accounts, handling IRAs, and processing loan applications.Job DescriptionAssist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries.Verify account details and ensure accuracy across all financial transactions.Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.Process payments and advances on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit.Cross-sell financial products and services to meet member needs.Provide exceptional member service in person, by phone, and via email.Maintain accuracy and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.Position RequirementsStrong customer service and communication skills.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-screen navigation.Strong numerical, accuracy, and balancing skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Reliable transportation to and from the branch.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
