Strategic Initiatives (AVP)
Strategy & Business Planning: Facilitate strategic planning processes while analyzing market trends, customer needs and conducting scenario planning. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and optimize business plans and operational strategies that align to company vision, goals and success measures; enable the execution of business plans by ensuring communication to departments and establishing appropriate tracking and reporting mechanisms. Lead assessments of business and departments, gather feedback on Revantage and partner needs, and refine strategy accordingly.
Strategic Advisory & Execution: Collaborate with Revantage leadership team and Business Partners to design and execute operating model transformation and enhancement initiatives. Own responsibility for delivery and quality of strategic projects to deliver on identified business outcomes. Translate identified operating model improvements (e.g., process changes, technology changes) into business cases, roadmaps and projects/tasks; work with department resources, technology resources to implement changes; demonstrate discretion and professionalism on sensitive issues, manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems; develop storyboards and analytical frameworks, synthesize findings and identify key insights from data and qualitative insights; implement change‑management processes and tools to facilitate transformations and process improvements; identify opportunities for internal and external collaboration and synergies.
Portfolio & Project Management: Support the portfolio management life cycle from demand management, prioritization, project execution to results management and reporting. Enhance project approach, methodology and tools, templates and procedures for portfolio and project management. Drive effective project‑management discipline and support strategic project initiatives from ideation and business‑case development through execution. Identify trends, risks and opportunities that could hinder or accelerate the impact or execution of initiatives and recommend solutions to improve performance for the project, program or the overall strategic portfolio.
Operations & Business Support: Partner with Revantage leadership team to develop presentation materials for Board, Portfolio Company and Town Hall meetings. Support scheduled and ad‑hoc reporting needs for Revantage and key stakeholders across each department, including metrics to assess department functions and performance. Deliver ad‑hoc projects and maximize Revantage leadership team effectiveness by helping balance priorities, communicate effectively, participate in relevant meetings and connect with business partners and employees. Collaborate with the People & Culture team on hiring initiatives, employee engagement initiatives and communication.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days at home. Rate of Pay: $127,691 to $170,500
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, Finance, Technology or a related field plus 4 years of experience as a Management Analyst or related occupation.
Managing shared services centers and defining SLAs and KPIs.
Proficiency in data visualization, automation platforms and analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, Appian, UiPath.
Business process reengineering, value mapping, target state operating model, gap analysis.
Utilizing optimization tools and change‑management principles.
Performing real estate investment analysis, finance, real estate acquisition and asset management.
Proficiency in real estate software including ARGUS and CoStar Real.
Preparing executive reports and engaging senior stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation Range: $127,691.00 – $170,500.00 annually. This represents the presently‑anticipated low and high end of the company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
