A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team and shape the future of IT Operations Management (ITOM) delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly deployments and upgrades of the ITOM SaaS suite across 20+ global data centers, including AWS GovCloud
Oversee semi-annual upgrades of services like Victoria Metrics, OpenSearch, Redis, and Kafka across multiple cloud platforms
Migrate customers between ITOM instances, apply hotfixes, implement change requests, and resolve service requests
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in a DevOps role
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
Strong experience with Kubernetes and Shell scripting
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker
