Clinical Solution Lead – Rehabilitation

Job DescriptionOn behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Clinical Solutions Lead to lead solution design for Rehabilitation services within an Oracle Health (Cerner) environment. This role will focus on designing workflows for therapy-based care delivery and ensuring alignment with interdisciplinary clinical practices.Responsibilities Lead clinical and functional design workshops with Rehabilitation stakeholders (PT, OT, allied health) Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across interdisciplinary teams Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domainDomain-Specific Focus (Rehabilitation) Design workflows supporting physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and allied health services Define and optimize therapy scheduling, documentation, and care planning workflows Support interdisciplinary documentation across inpatient and outpatient rehab settings Align therapy workflows with broader care plans and patient progress tracking Ensure integration with adjacent domains (e.g., inpatient care, ambulatory, discharge planning)Qualifications 5+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full EHR/HIS/CIS implementations Experience supporting Rehabilitation, allied health, or similar domains Strong understanding of therapy workflows, scheduling, and documentation Proven ability to lead workshops and drive stakeholder decisions Strong communication and facilitation skills Ability to operate independently in a leadership capacityLocation Remote with travel (approximately 1 week per month onsite) Part-time: 0.5 FTE (with potential to scale)Affinity EarnKnow someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
