1st Shift Equipment Operator (Stand-Up Reach Forklift)

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour, with an increase to $17.00 per hour after 90 days. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating motorized stand-up reach forklifts and working in a racked environment with palletized merchandise. This role requires high standards of work quality, excellent attendance, and a solid safety record. Key Responsibilities: Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move and manage palletized merchandise. Utilize an RF scanner to track inventory (experience with RF scanners is a plus). Maintain high standards of work quality and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Collaborate effectively with team members and also work independently as needed. Adhere to assigned work schedules and be flexible with overtime and weekend shifts. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a stand-up reach forklift. Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus. Proven track record of excellent attendance and safety practices. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. Benefits: Starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with an increase to $17.00 per hour after 90 days.
