Front Desk Receptionist

Speaks Law Firm is looking for a Receptionist to serve as a front-line team member and assist with daily administrative tasks. This is an on-site position in our Charlotte office and hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30. Visit speakslaw.com to learn more about us!No phone calls or recruiter emails please.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Operate multi-line phone system and relay calls and messages in a timely manner Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional and positive demeanor Maintain office calendars and track team member birthdays and anniversaries Direct the flow of outgoing and incoming mail, faxes, deliveries, and certified mail Ensure all office supplies are in stock Ensure all public spaces including meeting rooms, reception, bathrooms, and break areas are tidy and free of debris Prepare meeting rooms, meeting documents and arrange refreshments as needed Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or note taking as needed Meet with clients for notary purposes Coordinate with finance team and clients to ensure proper execution of checks and releases Other clerical duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredTwo (2) years of customer service or reception experience, preferably in a law firm Strong organizational skills and attention to detailIntermediate computer skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Willingness to help others Professional work ethic Bilingual Spanish a plusCompensation:The is a full-time hourly position starting at $17.00 depending on experience.Why work at Speaks Law Firm?Contribute to meaningful workProfessional growth opportunitiesA creative and supportive work environmentExcellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO & parental leavePowered by JazzHRkleVtnwbFm
