Development Coordinator

MRA is assisting one of its members in a confidential search for a Development Coordinator. This position will be located in Milwaukee, WI. A respected nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor engagement, and development activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining donor relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, managing donor records, and assisting with special events and campaigns.The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting mission-driven work.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain donor and constituent databasesProcess donations, acknowledgments, and donor correspondencePrepare fundraising materials, reports, mailing lists,and communicationsSupport fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, and donor stewardship activitiesAssist with donor research and grant-related administrative supportCoordinate memorial and tribute giving programsProvide administrative support including scheduling, filing,mailings, and record keepingAssist with fundraising and special event logistics and onsite supportGenerate reports and analyze donor and fundraising dataQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit administrationStrong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with donor databases such as Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookAbility to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as collaborativelyExperience in nonprofit development operations strongly preferredPreferred AttributesProfessional,dependable, and customer-service orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectivelyComfortable interacting with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partnersThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys meaningful work and contributing to the success of a mission-focused organization.Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letterfor consideration.
