Remote Part-Time Paralegal

*Remote Part-Time Paralegal* *Location:* Remote *Job Type:* Part-Time Contract *Compensation:* $27-$30 per hour *Hours:* Approximately 1-2 hours per week initially, with potential for additional hours over time *About the Opportunity* Our client is seeking a detail-oriented *Paralegal* to provide ongoing support with corporate and business entity filings. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking for flexible, remote work that can be performed alongside another position, freelance practice, or other commitments. The role is expected to require approximately *1-2 hours per week to start*, with the potential to grow as business needs evolve. *Responsibilities* * Obtain Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) for foreign entities through the IRS using Form SS-4 * Prepare and file S-Corporation elections and other IRS-related filings * Assist with business entity conversions and redomiciliations between states * Prepare and file amended Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Organization for corporations and LLCs * Coordinate corporate filings with state agencies, including California, Delaware, Nevada, and other jurisdictions * Maintain accurate filing records and track filing status and deadlines *Qualifications* * Prior paralegal experience, preferably supporting corporate, business, or transactional matters * Experience with business entity formations, amendments, conversions, and related filings * Familiarity with IRS filings, including EIN applications and S-Corp elections, preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision * Comfortable working in a fully remote environment *Why This Opportunity?* * Fully remote * Flexible schedule * Competitive pay: *$27-$30 per hour* * Ideal supplemental work for an experienced paralegal * Opportunity to work with a growing law firm * Potential for additional hours and ongoing engagement If you have experience with corporate filings, business entity management, and related paralegal work and are looking for a flexible remote opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. *Apply today with your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience.* Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 – 2.0 per week Work Location: Remote
