💼 Vice President of Construction📍 Florida/ Alabama/Georgia/Tennessee (On-Site)🏗️ Jadecrest Development Group an extension of Bella Vita Ventures & Blue Ocean HotelsAbout the OpportunityJadecrest Development Group, an extension of Bella Vita Ventures and Blue Ocean Hotels, is building a scalable in-house construction platform to support a growing pipeline of branded hotel developments across the Southeast.We are seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead this initiative—someone who can build the division from the ground up, drive execution, and establish the systems and team required to deliver 1–2 ground-up hotel projects every other year.This is not a traditional role.
