The role focuses on maintaining the child's safety, comfort, and health stability while adhering to a specialized care plan.ResponsibilitiesDaily Living Assistance (ADLs): Provide hands-on care for personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Nutritional Support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding; monitor and document fluid intake and dietary requirements.Medical Equipment Management: Oversee the cleanliness and proper functioning of specialized home equipment, such as oxygen tanks, ventilators, or feeding pumps.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of treatments, medications, and any incidents according to agency and state policies.Emotional Support: Engage the child in age-appropriate play and offer reassurance to both the patient and family members during stressful periods.QualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationFirst aid and CPR-certified(BLS certification)Basic computer skillsAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal spillsAbility to lift heaving objectsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work with limited supervisionCompassionate, respectful, ethicalThis is a remote position.
