We are seeking a Web Applications Developer to design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing applications. This role is hands-on across the full stack, with a primary focus on delivering reliable, scalable.NET-based web solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can independently deliver features end-to-end, contribute to system design discussions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role can be performed remotely, but candidates must be located near one of our offices and be able to come in if needed.Core Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using.NET Core and modern frontend frameworksParticipate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentBuild and integrate RESTful APIs and backend servicesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standardsTroubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issuesCollaborate with team members to improve development processes and technical approachesContribute to estimation, planning, and technical decision-makingSupport production systems as needed (on-call rotation as applicable)Required Skills & Qualifications:58 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack web developmentStrong proficiency in C# and.NET Core / ASP.NET CoreExperience with Angular and TypeScript (or comparable modern frontend framework)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and performance tuningWorking knowledge of Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, basic CI/CD pipelines, or similar)Familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skillsPreferred Skills:Exposure to microservices or distributed system patternsExperience contributing to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps workflowsFamiliarity with Azure Functions or serverless conceptsExposure to AI/LLM tools, APIs, or experimentation (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)Experience with Power BI or data visualization toolsExperience with SharePoint / SharePoint OnlineWhat Success Looks Like:Delivers features independently with minimal oversightProduces high-quality, maintainable code aligned with team standardsContributes constructively to technical discussions and design decisionsDemonstrates adaptability when working across backend, frontend, and cloud componentsThe budgeted salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.
