Electrical Engineer – Building Services & ConstructionJoin our dynamic team on the west coast as an Associate Electrical Engineer, with flexibility to be based in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle. Utilize your technical expertise on groundbreaking projects in the US and globally, collaborating with clients, architects, etc.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients, architects, and team members to contribute to dedicated and skilled project teams.Produce detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, and reports within the electrical discipline.Manage workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians, ensuring quality verification.Organize technical and financial proposals for new projects.Lead concept and preliminary engineering solutions for detail design.Mentor junior Electrical Engineers and actively contribute to project profitability.Ensure adherence to practices, policies, and relevant building codes.Plan, organize, and manage personal workload to meet deadlines.Contribute to delivering environmentally responsive MEP designs.Requirements:8+ years of EE design experience in the building services and construction industry.Experience in Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and/or Stadiums preferred.Bachelor or master's degree in relevant field.Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable, LEED AP accreditation preferred.Proficient in Revit and computational analysis tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose multiple solutions.Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience presenting to 'c-suite' stakeholders.Ability to prepare technical reports for direct delivery to clients.In Return:Engage in world-class projects in collaboration with top architects.Work within a multidisciplinary environmentAdvance your career within a forward-thinking, global community of engineering professionals.Have a positive impact on the environment locally, nationally, and internationally.What We Offer:Salary: $103,100 to $154,700 (based on location, skills, education, and experience).Generous benefits package and annual discretionary bonus.4-5 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and hybrid working options.401k with company match and reimbursement for professional licenses and exam fees.Global network of experts and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
