Job Description Grants and Contracts ManagerLocation: Albany, NY (On-site)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $62,000–$70,000 annually About the RoleThe Center for Economic Growth (CEG) is seeking a highly organized and detail‐oriented Grants and Contracts Manager to support our Manufacturing Solutions team and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) program. This role oversees grant reporting, contract management, project coordination, and financial workflows that keep our programs running smoothly.If you enjoy managing details, improving processes, and supporting programs that strengthen regional manufacturing, this position offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Grant ManagementPrepare, review, and submit quarterly federal and state grant reportsManage grant applications, submissions, records, and follow‐up reportingMaintain accurate data in state and federal grant systemsPrepare monthly and quarterly vouchers for grant reimbursement Contract AdministrationMaintain client, partner, and third‐party contract information in SalesforceCoordinate invoicing with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupport B2B and B2C contract activitiesAssist with developing client project proposals Project & Program SupportCoordinate project timelines to ensure successful delivery by staff and vendorsManage project surveys and success storiesSupport program staff during trainings and occasional eventsHelp develop and improve business processes across teams CRM & Data ManagementEnsure accurate contract and project records in SalesforceCreate and run CRM reports as neededSupport the integration and maintenance of business process flows in Salesforce Required QualificationsAt least 5 years of relevant experienceStrong organizational, prioritization, and time‐management skillsProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Proficient with Microsoft Office and common virtual meeting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and detail‐oriented Preferred QualificationsExperience with state or federal grant or contract managementExperience with B2B or B2C contract administrationFamiliarity with accounting practices and working with budgets ScheduleFull-time, Monday–FridayOccasional support for events outside regular business hours Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $62,000–$70,000Paid time offGenerous 401(k)Health, life, and long-term disability insurance About the Center for Economic Growth (CEG)The Center for Economic Growth is a nonprofit organization focused on driving economic growth in New York's Capital Region.
