Role Description The Early Education Program Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY. The Program Manager will oversee early childhood education initiatives, design and implement curricula, and provide leadership to ensure program excellence. Responsibilities include managing program staff, developing and maintaining partnerships, monitoring program progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves evaluating program outcomes, providing training and resources for staff, and fostering strong communication with families and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience and skills in Program Management and Program DevelopmentStrong Communication abilities for interacting with staff, families, and stakeholdersExpertise in Education and Curriculum Development for early childhood programsDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a teamKnowledge of child development principles and early education policiesCommitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related fieldExperience working with underserved populations or nonprofit organizations is a plus
