Don't miss your chance and apply now!**Contract to Hire****Spanish/English**What you will be doing as the Policy Issue Specialist:Open mail/faxes and prepare new business voucher.Review applications and process pending policiesIssue all types of life insurance and trust policies.Perform some client service activities including but not limited to answering client/field inquiries, making policy changes and premium accounting.Provide field training and assistance as needed.Prepare for Texas Banking Audit.Process and monitor 1035 Exchanges.Provide daily reports to Senior Management regarding outstanding policies, issued policies and agent training issues.Process returned applications (not issued).Correct errors on issued policies, and re-issue as appropriate.Answer main customer service lineWhat you will need as the Policy Issue Specialist:Associates Degree or equivalent work experience1-3 years life insurance experience and/or LOMA matriculation is desirableAbility to multi-task without sacrificing detailsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent Customer Service skillsSelf-starter, comfortable working in fast paced environment
