Technical PM, Digital Commerce - REMOTE
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic digital commerce and customer integration initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business, technology, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-profile integrations that enhance how customers transact, connect, and do business digitally. This role is ideal for a project leader who can translate complex integration requirements into structured execution plans, drive alignment across stakeholders, and successfully deliver API, EDI, and digital commerce solutions at scale. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce, customer integration, and global account initiatives. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths. Partner with business leaders, integration teams, architects, developers, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes. Manage projects involving APIs, EDI, middleware, data flows, system integrations, and customer connectivity solutions. Facilitate technical and business discussions to ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to integration complexity, resource constraints, data readiness, and business adoption. Provide executive-level status reporting, governance, escalation management, and stakeholder communication. Drive accountability across cross-functional teams through clear ownership, action plans, and measurable outcomes. Continuously improve project delivery processes, governance practices, and reporting standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of technical project or program management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives. Strong experience managing API, EDI, system integration, or digital commerce projects. Demonstrated ability to build and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and drive projects from initiation through completion. Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. Proven ability to connect technical deliverables to business value and customer outcomes. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities. Nice to Have Skills & Experience PMP Certification. Experience with B2B Commerce, eCommerce platforms, customer integration programs, or order-to-cash processes. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise project management solutions.
