Youll build a career with the scale, stability, and opportunity of atrusted, iconic brand.**Job Description**The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability,visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores acrossCoca-Cola Beverages Northeasts territory. The Merchandiser isresponsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, coolers andall points of availability are stocked and maintained with properproduct levels.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities** Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement,display, and availability in retail stores. This includes stockingshelves, rotating products, building displays, and ensuring productfreshness. Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolersby identifying replenishment needs. Transport product between backroom and display floor with manualequipment Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns inaccordance with company guidelines. Set up promotional displays andsignage to attract customer attention and drive sales. Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a cleanproduct space. Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms andorganizing backstock. Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack,hand-truck etc.) Maintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts bycommunicating status and concerns to store and company personnel. Follow company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor,replenishment, equipment, and safety. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers andstaff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandisingopportunities. Provide excellent customer service to address anyinquiries or concerns.**Job Requirements** High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods,warehousing or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild positive relationships. Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred. Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to40-55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach. Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must have the ability to push and pull manual and poweredmaterialhandling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containingproduct loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
