EHS Manager

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated EHS Manager to lead our commitment to a secure and compliant workplace. You will drive the development of safety initiatives and foster a culture of prevention, utilizing your expertise in industrial safety and regulatory compliance to protect our most valuable assets: our people. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive safety programs that align with OSHA and EPA regulatory frameworks. Perform rigorous site audits and hazard assessments to proactively mitigate workplace risks. Lead thorough incident investigations to uncover root causes and implement corrective measures that prevent recurrence. Facilitate engaging safety training sessions, ensuring all staff are proficient in emergency response and PPE usage. Partner with leadership to establish actionable safety objectives that improve overall operational health. Manage the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, from initial reporting to final resolution. Maintain precise documentation and reporting systems to ensure organizational transparency and compliance. Coordinate emergency preparedness drills to validate the effectiveness of current response strategies. Qualifications Required Skills OSHA 30 certification. Demonstrated success in implementing safety management systems within industrial environments. In-depth knowledge of EHS management, OSHA regulations, and EPA requirements. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear safety reports. Preferred Skills Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Proven experience navigating workers' compensation legislation and administrative processes. Background in industrial construction safety standards.
