This role is essential to maintaining production flow by moving wood products efficiently throughout the facility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include transporting materials to and from machine centers, staging product, and supporting continuous operations.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift to transport raw and finished wood products throughout the departmentSupply materials to machine centers and remove completed product in a timely mannerStage, organize, and track materials to support efficient workflowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisorsAssist with general material handling and support tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForReliable individuals with a strong work ethic (must be 18+)Previous forklift operating experience is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentStrong commitment to workplace safetyConsistent attendance and dependabilityWillingness to learn and take directionWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing setting with continuous equipment operation, moving materials, and varying temperatures.
