Technical Project ManagerThe Need: Most of the team sits in Colorado open to remote - entire team is remote.Design System called Pulse (used by all digital teams)His team handles ALL of the components in UI for this system across platformsOne system to handle all elements of the web / mobile / iOS / Android teams. Allows for one change to impact all platforms.All elements built in Figma, design team and dev team work together to get it out.They are building a community of practice where these UI Dev will be plugged directly into the Engineering team.There are 5 Digital Engineering teams and 1 Pulse Platform teams. There are now 6 teams with a common goal and a backlog of work that gets done.Must haves:They need a technical Project Manager to fill this role.Someone who can navigate between the design / engineering / coding teams.Make sure sprint planning done correctly, ensure that work is being funneled in a way to aid delivery.Needs to be aware of how a "Community of Practice" works - it is an Open Source style to manage projects.Needs to be close to or has done digital projects to understand frameworks and user stories, they will know or understand how the workflows interchange.Familiar with Jira.This will be a PM need, must understand the Agile process, must be able to handle concurrent projects, have lead multiple workstreams.Will need to have Project Management experience managing Front Facing UI projects.
