Process Development & Data Analytics Intern, Summer 2026At CelLink, we’re rethinking how power and data move through next-generation systems—from electric vehicles to AI data centers. We’re looking for a motivated intern to support key process development and manufacturing initiatives, using data to drive real engineering decisions.This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside engineers on meaningful projects that directly impact product performance and manufacturing efficiency.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvementTrack and report on key manufacturing and process performance metricsSupport engineering teams in running and documenting development trialsBuild dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearlyContribute to the development of standardized reporting and data-driven workflowsPresent findings and recommendations to cross-functional teamsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)Experience working with data (Excel, JMP, Python, or similar tools)Basic understanding of statistics (e.g., variation, yield, process capability)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to communicate technical information clearlyEducational RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university.Currently pursuing a degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in a lab, manufacturing, or research environmentExposure to data analysis, process optimization, or systems thinkingPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The start date and duration of the internship are flexible depending on availability, with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.Internship will take place onsite in San Carlos, CAAdditional Information****No housing or relocation is available for interns at this time.Sponsorship for employment visa status for internship positions is unavailable at this time.Physical Demands – Office and Manufacturing EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and pull/push; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Work Environment –Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.PPE-May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump-caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.CelLink California Privacy PolicyThe base pay is just one part of CelLink's total compensation package and is determined within a range.
