We’re looking for a motivated intern to support key process development and manufacturing initiatives, using data to drive real engineering decisions.This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside engineers on meaningful projects that directly impact product performance and manufacturing efficiency.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvementTrack and report on key manufacturing and process performance metricsSupport engineering teams in running and documenting development trialsBuild dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearlyContribute to the development of standardized reporting and data-driven workflowsPresent findings and recommendations to cross-functional teamsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)Experience working with data (Excel, JMP, Python, or similar tools)Basic understanding of statistics (e.g., variation, yield, process capability)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to communicate technical information clearlyEducational RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university.Currently pursuing a degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in a lab, manufacturing, or research environmentExposure to data analysis, process optimization, or systems thinkingPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
