Private Duty LPN - Full Time Overnights Location: Monongahela, PA Community Care, Inc. is a trusted, family-owned home health agency that has been serving local communities since 1987. We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 14-year-old male child in the Monongahela area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family. Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM *Pick your own days!* What You’ll Do as an LPN: Perform G-tube care and feedings Trach/vent/suctioning care Monitor seizures Assist client with bathing, dressing, transfers, and feeding per individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors What We’re Looking For: Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Pediatric & G-tube experience Trach experience CPR certification (preferred) Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately Why Join Community Care Inc?
