Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers of materials. Stage orders for shipment. Work inside a -55 degree Celsius freezer performing cycle counts, picking orders, and compacting materials. Utilize SAP/ERP system to track and manage inventory. Use RF scanners for inventory management. Maintain freezer cleanliness by scraping ice off floors. Essential skills: 2+ years of material handling/warehouse experience. 1+ years of ERP/SAP experience. 1+ years of experience in loading/unloading trucks. Comfortable working in a -55 degree freezer. Experience with inventory, cycle counting, sanitization, and palletizing. Proficient in RF scanner usage. Additional skills & qualifications: Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills. Spend up to 80% of your workday in an ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius, with all necessary PPE (including snow suit/freezer suit, face mask, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, radio) provided. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent in ambient warehouse conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and 100lbs with assistance. Job type & location: This is a contract to hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.85 - $19.85/hr.
