In this role, you will be the face of our brands, driving sales growth by promoting and selling our premium building materials to an established dealer network.The ideal candidate possesses a background in outside sales and an understanding of the construction and building materials industry. If you are a strategic relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities-Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned Salt Lake City territory.Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with customers and key decision makers. Product Promotion & Education: Conduct product presentations, architectural lunch-and-learns, and hands-on demonstrations to educate the market on the value, specifications, and benefits of our product lines.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local market trends, construction forecasts, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications-Experience: 1-3+ years of successful outside sales experience, specifically within the building materials, construction, or industrial supply industries.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salt Lake City and surrounding construction markets; existing relationships with local contractors and architects are preferred.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a multi-million-dollar territory.Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and understand construction specifications and discuss technical product applications confidently.Travel: Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).Compensation- $80,000 +
