Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems. Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions. Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development. Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams. Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectivelyJob SummaryThe Lead Consultant for guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Guidewire software solutions for policy center and claim center.
