This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining strong jobsite organization, and upholding company standards on every project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of electricians, setting clear expectations and holding accountabilityPlan, organize, and execute daily jobsite activities to maintain efficiency and meet deadlinesRead and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications with minimal oversightOversee installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical systemsEnsure all work meets NEC requirements and passes inspection the first timeAnticipate jobsite needs and coordinate materials, tools, and manpower proactivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all timesCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and managementIdentify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forwardQualificationsValid Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician LicenseStrong background in residential service and/or constructionProven ability to lead jobs and crews with minimal supervisionSolid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordBackground and drug screening requiredWhat Sets You ApartTakes ownership of projects and consistently follows throughKeeps jobs on schedule without sacrificing qualityHolds a high standard for workmanship and jobsite organizationCommunicates clearly and professionally with both customers and team membersShows initiative and problem-solves without needing constant direction
