This position is responsible for ensuring all employee time and attendance records are accurately recorded within the Kronos system to ensure employees are paid appropriately and on time.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong understanding of timekeeping and payroll procedures. They should be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesInput, update, and maintain employee time and attendance data in the timekeeping systemVerify timesheet accuracy and resolve discrepanciesEnsure compliance with all timekeeping/payroll policies, procedures, and applicable lawsCoordinate with management and HR to maintain accurate employee dataCommunicate with employees and management regarding time/payroll issues and obtain weekly time approvalsCollaborate with payroll operations to resolve discrepancies within payroll deadlinesGenerate reports detailing hours worked, overtime, and related dataPrioritize ongoing tasks, project work, and departmental initiativesSupport end-to-end timekeeping operationsMaintain documentation of relevant processesRecognize, classify, and protect confidential dataSupport department efficiency and standardization initiatives in a team-based environmentRequired QualificationsExperience with time and attendance systemsKnowledge of payroll and timekeeping procedures and lawsStrong attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of dataAbility to relate data to business implicationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS ExcelStrong communication skills with the ability to work across different time zones and culturesDesired QualificationsBachelor s Degree preferredExperience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central or Pro Workforce Management systemsCustomer service experience is a plus but not required
