Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days Design and deliver a cohort-based onboarding program that includes asynchronous learning and live virtual sessions Create and maintain engaging onboarding content and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure a smooth onboarding process Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in employee onboarding or related people operations roles Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs in high-growth technology companies High-quality instructional design skills for creating compelling learning experiences Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort with technology tools and platforms, particularly Notion, Slack, and Zoom
