Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve processes and enhance the customer experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Lancaster, OH. The Automotive Technician will perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations, following manufacturer and dealership standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, completing automotive repairs, and documenting work performed in repair orders. The role also involves inspecting and servicing suspension systems, brakes, and other key components to ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready. The technician will collaborate with service advisors and other team members to communicate findings, recommend services, and ensure a positive experience for every customer while maintaining a clean and safe work area.Qualifications Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine services, including Oil Changes and inspections.Experience in Automotive Repair and general Maintenance & Repair of mechanical systems.Knowledge of Suspension components, diagnosis, and repair procedures.Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and basic automotive electronics.Ability to follow safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and dealership procedures.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced shop environment.High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive training program or technical school is preferred.Relevant certifications (such as ASE) or willingness to pursue certification are a plus.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
