We are currently looking for a Maintenance Inventory Specialist to join our team! $2,000 Sign on BONUS!
As a Maintenance Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for organizing, counting, ordering and maintaining an accurate inventory.
Pay range: $25.34
Day shift hours - Monday through Friday
A Taste of the Job:
Coordinating with maintenance, operations and production for needed parts and inventory.
Receiving and putting away incoming spare parts.
Manage parts room organization and labeling.
Oversee checkout log to ensure all parts are accurately checked out.
Cycle counting of all maintenance parts inventory.
Keep accurate records and data. Maintain inventory records.
Developing and administering formal and informal quotations, proposals, or bids for items not covered by existing purchasing arrangements.
Advise Operations of any lead time requirements to obtain materials.
Review invoices with Finance for approval.
Path for Success:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good math and computer skills.
Detail oriented and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic understanding of OSHA and safety procedures.
Proven problem-solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinery.
