Real Estate Paralegal

We are recruiting for a paralegal to assist with a law firm client's real estate group. This position requires experience in the areas of real estate (title & survey review), finance (loan documentation), and general knowledge of the legal process as it relates to the financial services associated with a real estate transaction. Previous experience with a title company, financial institution, or legal service provider is required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Due DiligenceDrafting leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and other real property related documents.Reviewing and understanding title work and surveysCoordination and preparing documents for closingsAssist with development projectsCommunicate with clientsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal education preferred
