LINUX/UNIX ADMIN

Position: Unix/LUNIX AdministratorLocation: Plano, TXWork Mode: Onsite (24x7 Rotational)Job Description :The Unix L3 Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unix systems. This includes managing user accounts, file systems, and network services. The L3 Administrator also troubleshoots and resolves complex system issues.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Unix systemsManage user accounts, file systems, and network servicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issuesProvide technical support to usersStay up-to-date on the latest Unix technologies and best practicesQualifications:3+ years of experience as a Unix system administratorStrong knowledge of Unix operating systems, including Linux and SolarisExperience with Unix system administration tools and utilities, such as vi, sed, awk, and grepExperience with scripting languages, such as Perl or PythonExperience with troubleshooting and resolving complex system issuesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsNote: RHEL or RHCE certificate is mandatory
