Lead and support the sales team by working deals alongside them and directly with customers
Perform and oversee customer negotiations with professionalism and transparency
Conduct daily training sessions and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement
Track sales leads and ensure timely, effective follow-up across the team
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive long-term success
