Business Process Analyst - ERP

You'll work within a team, collaborating with various business units to implement and optimize the system. Expect to conduct process reviews, workshops, and gap analyses, translating business needs into functional specifications and M3 configurations. You'll participate in prototyping, testing, and training, contributing to documentation and user adoption while expanding your expertise in Infor M3 and other ERP’s.ResponsibilitiesProcess Design and Improvement:Develop and implement processes and standards.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.Ensure process alignment across all functional areas including order management, operations and finance with business objectives and compliance requirements.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with regional leaders and functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand and address opportunities.Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate functional processes with enterprise systems.Performance MonitoringWork on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of operations.Analyze data across key business functions to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.Risk ManagementDevelop risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the flow of commerce.Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly updated.Vendor ManagementManage relationships throughout service providers and contractors.Evaluate the performance of partners and make recommendations for improvements or changes.Compliance And SustainabilityEnsure operations comply with regulations and standards.Promote sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.Training And DevelopmentProvide training and support to regional ERP user teams on global processes and best practices.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the digital functions.You HavePreferably, bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related academic degree.Ideally 3+ years of experience in business setting using integrated ERP system.Proven track record of process improvement and project management.Implementation experience with ERP platforms (Infor M3 preferred).Ability to translate business requirements into ERP concepts.Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, solution-oriented, and striving for progress.Team player who collaborates efficiently with others in an international environment.Available to travel (20%-30%).We HaveA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every daynVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
