Network Analyst(CCNP)

Job DescriptionProvide Level 4 support consistent with Network data and voice support models.Maintain a working knowledge of: o Network data (Cisco/Juniper routing, switching, WAN/LAN protocols)Voice technologies (Legacy PBX, Cisco, MS Lync)Network Services Internal Processes.Maintain operations reliabilityPlan network changesResolve network problemsParticipate in review meetings as required to support network implementation activitiesProvide recovery and restoration of the network in event of a disaster or major incidentSecurity and ControlsComply and contribute to completing Security and Controls process regarding Network data and voice technologiesQualificationsRequire CCNP certificate or equivalentData/Voice certification e.g. CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Cisco VoiceGeneral network (data and voice) knowledgeGeneral network knowledge (Cisco/Juniper):LAN and WAN network equipment and environments, analysis, routing, and switchingOSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPNetwork management and protocol analysisVSAT, Wide Area VLAN, MAN, MPLS/IPVPN technology , QoS features, Wireless LAN technologyVoice knowledge; IPT, VoIP technology, Cisco VoIPGood written and oral communication skills; ability to discuss technical issues with all levels of personnel globallyStrong, self-initiative and self-motivatedFlexibility in schedule for working with a global teamStrong problem solving and analytical skills with a diversified skill setStrong work ethic, interpersonal and team-building orientationsAdaptability to time pressures & changing prioritiesGood customer service skillsProcess orientedNetworking tools competency – NNM, BMC suits, Loglogic, NetscoutIf you are interested in the role then please revert with an updated resume in word format.Additional InformationTo discuss further about this position, please reach out to me at (973)-606-3249.J-18808-Ljbffr
