This individual will own the project from planning through go-live, ensuring the solution meets organizational objectives while maintaining strict compliance with ITAR and related export control regulations. The ideal person brings deep ERP implementation experience, a strong command of Oracle platforms, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within regulated defense environments.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation, defining and managing project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, IT, department managers, end-users, and third-party vendors Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning Oversee project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenditures, reporting on variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure ITAR compliance throughout the implementation, enforcing data security protocols, role-based access controls aligned with U.S. person restrictions, and full audit trail integrity Lead change management efforts including stakeholder communication, training programs, and end-user adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system Coordinate with Oracle platform teams and integration partners to confirm solution alignment with defense industry requirements Monitor CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance considerations as they intersect with ERP data governance and cybersecurity obligations Qualifications7+ years of project management experience, including senior-level leadership of ERP implementations Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion) Direct experience working within ITAR-regulated environments, with strong knowledge of export control requirements and defense data security protocols PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to face off effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to face off with senior leadership regularly Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Familiarity with CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance frameworks Must be able to comply with ITAR regulations
