Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative -Remote Work- This position is Remote. Receive request from customers and Eden employees to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues associated with the selling and operation of Eden Grow Towers and other products. Must be able to support multiple timezone workflows, specifically Pacific Standard and Central Standard times. The perfect candidate will have experience with growing plants in a soilless growing system (hydroponics/aquaponics), will possess troubleshooting ability for mechanical, electrical, and computer application systems. Should also possess excellent personal / customer skills, and be willing to join a small company with its inherent startup risks. Responsibilities Manage support tickets Respond to customer support needs Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction Take customer phone calls Write technical support documentation Challenges Startup Environment New products require support definition Global Operations (multi-timezone) Must Have Plant Cultivation Subject Matter Expertise Microsoft Office Fluent Ability to understand electrical systems Ability to understand mechanical systems Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
