Job Title: Employee Liaison (Bilingual Spanish) | Req ID: 15556 | HR Contact: Fredric Victor THOMPSON| Location: Plano Willow Bend Office TXABOUT THE ROLEThe Employee Liaison will help establish and maintain effective workingrelationships with the Ready Mix employees. The liaison will serve as the mainpoint of contact for employees. The liaison will professionally and courteouslyassist employees in person or on the phone to provide each employee with anexcellent support experience.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHA contact point for focus groups or pilot programs for employer initiatives.Identify problems in communications between management and employees.Administrator of DOT compliance programsAct as point person on driver and employee issues. Answer employeequestions, direct them to someone who can help, or get the answer as soonas possible.Have a broad and deep understanding of company processes, policies, andprocedures. Actively find ways to improve processes.Show patience and empathy when handling difficult conversations.Build and maintain strong relationships with front-line employees.Regularly present to employees that attend new hire orientation what toexpect from the EmployeeProactively offer assistance to drivers present at the facility. Follow up toensure needs are met. Track the outcomes of the driver interactions. Reporton quantity and quality of interactions regularly.Conduct exit interviews with drivers when necessary.Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety andenvironmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit thesebehaviors.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: High school diploma or GEDLicenses Preferred: Valid State Driver's LicenseRequired Work Experience: Liaison experience within a pertinent industry ispreferred.Travel Requirements: 50-75% Travel to local Ready Mix PlantsRequired Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel,PowerPoint), GoogleAdditional Requirements:Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
