Program Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTIONIn this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end SOW and contract workflow for incubation and sustainability programs while also serving as onsite program management support in Mesa, Arizona, acting as a critical liaison between vendors, site teams, governance partners, and remote stakeholders. The level of onsite presence will flex based on operational tempo and program needs, but this role is expected to regularly support on‑the‑ground execution.Additional responsibilities include maintaining sustainability and Net Zero program schedules, cascading updates such as LCA data, creating presentations to communicate program roadmaps and outcomes, and supporting weekly updates, monthly newsletters, and broader program documentation. You’ll also coordinate logistics for site visits, summits, and sustainability‑focused workshops, ensuring all operational, contracting, and communication details are tightly managed from start to finish.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 3–6+ years of experience in program coordination, SOW/contract operations, procurement operations, or PMO roles.- Hands‑on experience with SOW drafting, redlines, version control, change orders, routing, and approval workflows.- Strong workflow management skills, including intake management, program tracking, and documentation ownership.- Ability to draft program reports and provide insights into program schedule, performance, and budget health.- Skilled at facilitating cross‑functional meetings, documenting action items, and driving initiatives forward.- Comfort operating in an onsite environment, working directly with vendors and site teams, and providing real‑time execution visibility.- Proactive approach to identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and resolving blockers before they escalate.- Strong collaboration skills across technical teams, vendors, governance partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.- Experience managing or supporting program budgets, POs, vendor onboarding, and contract workflows.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with procurement/CLM/VMS tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Fieldglass).NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Familiarity with sustainability, Net Zero initiatives, LCA data, or ESG‑related programs.- Experience in risk management, compliance controls, or governance frameworks.- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.).- Exposure to early‑stage incubation, R&D, or innovation programs.- Experience working with large‑scale data center, infrastructure, or technical program teams.- Prior experience supporting onsite operations or construction‑adjacent environments.$35/hr to $40/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
