Plumber/Electrician

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Assemble and install pipes and fittings using various tools and techniques - Perform pipe threading, cutting, and bending as necessary - Troubleshoot plumbing issues and make necessary repairs - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics - Familiarity with pipe threading, cutting, and bending techniques - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Basic carpentry skills or maintenance person experience is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
