Corporate Controller

ResponsibilitiesKforce's client, a well-established organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This role will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, and accounting policies while partnering closely with senior finance leadership. Key Highlights: Lead monthly and annual close and ensure accurate financial reporting Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets) Manage external audit preparation and coordination Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin/cost analysis Drive process improvement and strong internal controlsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience Strong leadership, communication, and ERP systems experience Able to work onsite 4 days a weekThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
