Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer

Hybrid Details: 2 days/week onsite to start�Duration: 12 months to start�Scope Of The ProjectThe Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will be responsible for hands-on development, integration, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of Dataverse tables, security, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate flows, and enterprise integration patterns. The team values knowledge sharing, flexibility, and a highly supportive culture that encourages professional growth.Daily Duties / ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs and security rolesDevelop automated workflows using Power AutomateIntegrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources including Azure servicesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environmentWork closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutionsImplement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling and secure-by-design developmentMaintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows and operational supportAssist in building monitoring, auditing, logging and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies. Required Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)5+ years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architectureStrong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrationsExperience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure ServicesSolid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelinesProficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patternsPreferred Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance)Experience with Azure Functions, Logic apps, and Azure API ManagementFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse FeaturesExperience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrationsUnderstanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure ADRequired Education:�College degree or equivalent experienceMust hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5+ years of equivalent experiencePreferred CertificationsPL-400 Power Platform DeveloperPL-600 Power Platform Solution ArchitectMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Additional Skills/Duties�Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsSelf-starter capable of managing work independently while collaborating across teams.
