Supporting the world’s bravest.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day activities of an assigned manufacturing areaEnsure product/service quality through proper utilization of resources and adherence to applicable standardsCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's polices and applicable laws and regulationsLead activities to resolve issues and problems, identifying root cause and effecting appropriate corrective actionMonitor and enable internal and external customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement through deployment of best practices, such as Lean Six SigmaMaintain and continuously improve areas, which impact on Team Member safetyHire, manage career development, and assess performance of assigned team membersSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Attend applicable internal or external customer meetingsParticipate on special project teamsSupport new product introduction activities QualificationsAssociate’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience Bachelor’s degree preferredProficient technical expertise with demonstrated applicationExperience with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S/6S techniquesKnowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS, etc)Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsU.S. Citizenship required.
